The Learning Success Center (LSC) and Center for Academic Writing (CAW) are now one unit. The LSC/CAW provides multiple types of tutoring support to all NEIU students and have a few important updates for this fall:
LSC/CAW Fall 2022 Hours and Contact Information
In Fall 2022, the LSC/CAW front desk hours are:
- 1-4 p.m. Sunday
- 8:30 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Thursday
- 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Friday
- 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday
To make an appointment, students can contact us a few different ways when our front desk is open:

- Use Google (Nmail) Chat to chat with us at lsc@neiu.edu
- Visit us in the Ronald Williams Library, fourth floor
Communicating in real-time allows us to get all the information we need to make an appointment. Any appointment slot can be scheduled to occur in person or online. See our Learning Success Center and Center for Academic Writing websites for updated information each semester.
